1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Bristol Motor Speedway, LLC, 151 Speedway Boulevard, Bristol, Tennessee 37620 (“Sponsor”). The entry form is provided by Wildfire Promotions LLC, 2116 Lamont Street, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664 (“Form Provider”), which is a service provider to Sponsor and is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) as of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor, Speedway Motorsports, LLC, Form Provider, and their respective affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, September 17, 2026 and ends at 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, September 19, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There is one entry period and one drawing covering all three days. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) have your photo taken by a Form Provider operator at the Bristol Motor Speedway Fan Zone, concourse, or portal areas; (2) share that photo publicly on your social media account; and (3) complete the entry form delivered with your photo, providing the required information and uploading a screenshot of your public post. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of how many race days you attend. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. Opting in to marketing messages on the entry form is optional and is not required to enter.

The Bristol Motor Speedway Fan Zone is open to the public free of charge, and no race ticket or purchase of any kind is required to have your photo taken or to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must be present at the Fan Zone, concourse, or portal areas during the Sweepstakes Period to enter; no other method of entry is offered.

Your public post must include the hashtag #BMSsweepstakes so that viewers know it was made for a chance to win, as the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides require. A post that does not include the required disclosure is not a valid entry and may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) Bristol Motor Speedway prize pack consisting of four (4) tickets to the 2027 Food City 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway and track walk access for four (4) at that race. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400. Seat locations, the race date, and track walk timing are determined by Sponsor and are subject to the 2027 NASCAR schedule. The prize is awarded “as is,” is non-transferable, and has no cash equivalent; no substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all costs not expressly stated, including travel, lodging, and any taxes.

6. Drawing & Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or about Monday, September 21, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone, text message, or email using the contact information provided, within five (5) days of the drawing. A potential winner who cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, or is found ineligible may forfeit the prize, and an alternate may be selected.

8. Publicity & Release

Except where prohibited, accepting the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor, Form Provider, Speedway Motorsports, LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and award the prize from eligible entries received to that point. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.

10. Privacy

Information collected is used for this Sweepstakes as described in the Bristol Motor Speedway SMS Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, available on the entry form. Entering the Sweepstakes is separate from, and does not require, opting in to any marketing messages.

11. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a request to drew@bristolmotorspeedway.com after September 30, 2026.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
