Who Sends These Messages
This text messaging program is operated by Bristol Motor Speedway, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Bristol Motor Speedway”). We are the sender of these marketing messages and are solely responsible for this program. Wildfire Promotions LLC built and hosts the sign-up form on our behalf through its WildfireOS platform, and is a service provider only: it does not send these marketing messages and is not responsible for this program. A Note on Your Event Photo (Separate Service)
If a Wildfire Promotions LLC operator took your photo at the event, the text message delivering that photo is a separate, one-time service provided by Wildfire Promotions LLC, not part of this marketing program and not sent by Bristol Motor Speedway. That photo-delivery service has its own terms and privacy policy, available at wildfirepromotions.com/sms-terms/. Opting in to Bristol Motor Speedway marketing messages on this form is always optional and is separate from receiving your photo.
Part 1 — SMS Terms of Service
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Bristol Motor Speedway, including news, updates, exclusive content, offers, ticket information, and event information.
2. Your Consent
You are enrolled only if you take an affirmative action to opt in, such as checking an unchecked consent box. By opting in you confirm that:
- You are the owner or primary user of the mobile number provided;
- You are at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission;
- You agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at that number; and
- You understand that consent is not a condition of entering any sweepstakes or contest, or of any purchase.
If this form is part of a sweepstakes or contest, that promotion is governed by its Official Rules, available on the entry form. Entering the promotion is separate from, and does not require, opting in to these marketing messages.

4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
5. Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPT OUT. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and no further marketing messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing awhite@bristolmotorspeedway.com.

8. Eligibility

Part 2 — SMS Privacy Policy
This SMS Privacy Policy covers information collected through this text messaging program and the sweepstakes entry form. For everything else, the Speedway Motorsports privacy policy at bristolmotorspeedway.com/privacy/ applies.
1. Information We Collect
Through the sign-up form, we may collect: your name, mobile phone number, email address, the event you attended, a screenshot of your social media post (sweepstakes entries only), and a record of your consent (date, time, the exact opt-in language shown, and form version).
2. How We Use It
To send the text messages described above, to operate and improve the program, and to maintain consent records and meet legal obligations. If you provide an email address, Bristol Motor Speedway may also email you news, ticket information, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of email at any time without affecting any sweepstakes entry or text message preference.
3. How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the program, such as our SMS platform and the form vendor, Wildfire Promotions LLC, solely to perform services for us and under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law.
4. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for the program, for proof of consent, and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and may withdraw consent at any time, by contacting awhite@bristolmotorspeedway.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
This program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
