Prepared for toll-free verification of +1 (877) 718-1616
Last updated: October 13, 2026 (v5)

This page documents how a guest opts in to receive the one photo message this toll-free number sends. It is the opt-in evidence referenced on our toll-free verification submission.

Design status. The screens below are design mockups of the opt-in screens for this sender, and each one is labeled as a mockup. They show the exact on-screen wording and layout that will be built. We will not send any message from this number until it is verified and these screens are live.

Sender: Wildfire Promotions LLC

What this number sends: One message delivering the photo a guest asked for, sent as a text with a link to the photo or as an MMS with the photo attached. Nothing else.

Consent mechanism: Each guest types their own mobile number, reads the notice shown directly below the keypad, and taps Confirm. Confirm is that guest’s opt-in.

Frequency: One message per photo. No recurring messages, no follow-ups, and no marketing from this number.

How consent is captured

Wildfire Promotions operates a roaming branded photo experience at live events. An operator approaches a guest and offers them a free photo. If the guest wants it sent to them, they type their own mobile number into a mobile touchpoint, a tablet the operator carries. Nobody enters it on their behalf. Entering a number is voluntary.

The notice below is on screen directly beneath the keypad, before any number is typed and after every number is confirmed:

By entering your number, you agree to receive your photo by text from Wildfire Promotions. One message per photo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms & Privacy

“Terms & Privacy” is one link to our combined SMS Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, which also covers sender identity, message frequency, message and data rates, STOP and HELP support, opt-out instructions, and data handling.

The workflow, step by step

Mockup: number entry screen with the notice shown below the keypad
1. Number entry. The guest sees the photo just taken and a numeric keypad. The notice is on screen directly beneath the keypad before any number is entered. Confirm stays inactive until a complete number is present.
Mockup: complete number entered by the guest, Confirm active, notice still shown
2. The guest types their own number. Confirm turns green once the number is complete. The notice remains visible the entire time.
Mockup: one confirmed number in the queue, Send My Photo button, notice shown below it
3. The guest taps Confirm. Tapping Confirm is that guest’s opt-in. Their number joins the list, and the notice stays on screen. Each entry carries a delete control that removes the number and its consent record together, as a single unit, so a consent record can never remain attached to a number that was removed.
Mockup: two confirmed numbers in the queue, Send My Photo button, notice shown below it
4. Each guest in a group photo confirms separately, then one tap sends. Several people often appear in one photo. Each types their own number and taps Confirm, and no guest can consent on another guest’s behalf. When everyone has confirmed, Send My Photo! is tapped once and delivers the photo to everyone who confirmed. Nothing is sent to a number that was not confirmed.

Why there is no separate checkbox

The message is requested by the person who receives it. The guest decides whether to take part, types their own number, reads the notice, and taps Confirm before anything is sent. It is single-purpose and one-time, and there is no program to enroll in. Telnyx Support reviewed this flow and these mockups and replied “Yes, this looks good” on October 12, 2026 (ticket #737552).

Opting out

The message is a one-time delivery the guest asked for, not a subscription, so the message itself carries no opt-out line. A guest can reply STOP to this number at any time and is unsubscribed immediately, and can reply HELP for support. Both keywords are handled automatically by our messaging platform, and the notice shown before the first message describes them.

Nothing else is sent

This number sends only the photo message. It does not send marketing, recurring messages, follow-ups, or anything on behalf of an event partner.
